Are there any restrictions on the photographer at the ceremony?

Example - no flash, not allowed in certain area's etc...

This is a great time for couple and formal photos. My suggestion would be to grab yourselves a drink, let's go and take a moment and get your couples photos, giving you 15-20 minutes to take in what's just happened! Following these now is a good time to get your formal photos taken so you can spend the rest of your time with loved ones.

Formal Photographs

To make this a smooth process and so you don't spend your entire cocktail hour getting photos, I recommend nominating someone in the wedding party to be in charge of gathering guests for group shots.

List of names for your Formal Photographs

List of people required in the 10 group shots (any additional group shots you would really like, I recommend 10 variations to keep time down to a minimum so you can enjoy the rest of your cocktail hour) you can have more please write these at the bottom. This will form a list to ensure I capture all of the group shots you would like, additionally to be extra organised this can be given to your nominated person. Please write the names of everyone in a list.

Would you like a sunset couples photoshoot?

This is in addition to your couples photos earlier in the day, this is just after eating before everyone hits the dancefloor, depending on the time of day the lighting is usually at it's best here, also a good option depending on the weather. No pressure to decide now, you can of course change your mind.
